Do you take insurance?

We do not work with insurance companies are considered an Out-of-Network (OON) provider. We will provide you with a monthly superbill with the necessary information that you need to submit to your insurance company for OON benefits/reimbursement.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
