About Reed Psychology
Dr. Sarah Tarlecki is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and the founder of Reed Psychology. She earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University and has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of clinical settings.
ADHD is Dr. Tarlecki’s primary area of expertise. She provides therapy, consultation, and comprehensive assessments for both children and adults seeking clarity, support, or guidance related to ADHD. In addition to her specialty work, she also supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and behavioral difficulties.
Dr. Tarlecki has practiced in a variety of environments—including schools, hospitals, specialty clinics, partial hospitalization programs, outpatient centers, and private practice—which informs her flexible, well-rounded clinical perspective.
Her therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This blend allows her to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.
Dr. Tarlecki also leads groups that incorporate improv comedy techniques to build flexibility, confidence, and social communication skills—offering a creative and engaging way for clients to grow.
